Fellera Faceoil Serum

Hi and Assalamualaikum :)

harini nak cerita pasal Fellera product yang bernama J'Adore Faceoil Serum ni :D
kalau guna skincare lain pun still boleh je guna serum ni ...biar dia jadi sapuan terakhir sebelum tidur supaya anda lebih relax masa nak tidur. Sebab apa...sebab dia ada minty effect yang menyejukkan muka and aromatherapy yg best untuk tenangkan fikiran kita yeayy...tapi jangan sapu banyak2 sgt tau sbb kalau muka kita dah sedia berminyak, nanti lagi berminyak...so pakai sapuan nipisss sahaja ok..and make sure waktu MALAM je..especially kalau kulit jenis oily.

update kali ni pendek je sbb banyak kerja nak buat...so sesiapa berminat nak beli, serum ni RM65 ok..boleh direct email byfayruuz@gmail.com utk sebarang pertanyaan atau pembelian ok?

terima kasih kerana mengunjungi blog saya yg tak seberapa ni....

Shhhh don't tell my hubby...

Yesterday i was one of the lucky ones to be in the 16 shortlisted participants into getting an iphone 6. Whaaaat? I usually NEVER get so obsessed with any giveaways but this time, I seriously and dearly want to get a new phone. FOR my Hubs <3.

I have been telling him so so many times to get a new one because not only his phone is full of scratches but it is also getting slower by the day. Even I, myself cannot keep my patience when waiting for one application to open up. Sometimes it goes up to more than 1 minute!

So since Fellera started to have the giveaway with one of their products, and me being one of their agents, I thought why not. Afterall BellRossa is exceptionally one of the products that I love and have never been able to skip now. Why? because it helps boost my energy, have solves some issues I had since after giving my second child (i did try many kinds of jamu but didn't quite work out for some of my issues) so that is how i got so into Bell'Rossa. Maybe tak ramai lagi yg kenal dengan Fellera ni sbb dia banyak based kat Terengganu since kilang kat sana and owner dia yg super cantik pun dari sana...so maybe this could be an introduction to Fellera products jugak bagi yg suka skincare berasaskan bahan tradisional and produk terbaru and paling mendapat tempat di hati wanita2 sekalian adalah Bell'Rossa ni..

ok campur ckp malay pun best jgk kan...so skrg since dah masuk shortlisted contestants, the lucky iphone winner will be chosen from the one who can sell the most of Bell'Rossa dalam jangka masa paling singkat..so i thought mcm agak susah la sbb ramai jugak yg masuk shortlist ni. Hence, the writing of this blog...kot2 la ramai yg berminat nak try kalau baca ni kan..hehehe (maybe i am having too high hopes now)

Tapi seriously nak sangat2 menang iphone for my hubby tu...seronok sgt kalau dapat bagi dia guna phone yg tak hang selalu and cepat bertindak...he he he shhhh don't tell my hubby. ( i don't think he reads my blog anyway sbb dia sangat BZ). Best jugak sbb boleh bagi utk anniversary present this coming APRIL!

So kepada wanita2 di luar sana sesiapa yang masih mencari SUPPLEMENT yg mengandungi bahan2 terbaik seperti collagen, astaxanthin, sakura extract dan lain2, marilah beli..harga masih dalam promosi RM98 and at the same time dapat tolong saya menangkan iphone utk encik suami :D

Kalau nak tau more info pun boleh cari my page kat instagram iaitu byfayruuz di https://instagram.com/byfayruuz/

Antara kesan2 yg customer sebelum ni dapat adalah (dan juga diri saya sbb mmg tak pernah berjaya utk skip makan pagi dan malam):

*kulit lebih lembut
*bantu selesaikan masalah hormon, period tak teratur etc
*melawaskan sistem badan
*mengenyangkan
*hilang masalah gastrik (testimoni saya sendiri sbb mmg kadang2 makan lambat jadi gastrik..so terus ambil 1 scoop Bell'Rossa ni dan alhamdulillah hilang sakit perut)
*mengelokkan bahagian2 aset wanita (malu nak sebut perkataan yg extravaganza tu, so faham2 la ye)
*menjadi energy booster (obviously dengan anak2 ni extra energy mmg diperlukan sgt2 sbb berkejar ke sana lari sini, main bola, jogging2 dll)
* dapat mcm2 PUJIAN SUAMI
AND THE LIST GOES ON...bole check di #brtestimoni kat instagram k...so Jomla cantik bersama FELLERA and also help me to win the iphone sbb sememangnya sekarang sangat tak mampu nak beli (elaun tak masuk2 lagi..heee)

too early for jigsaw puzzle

Last weekend my sister was staying at a hotel near Midvalley Mall so she invited us over for a together-time. We always had our time when we were single in those days, but since both of us now have kids, we seldom (or should i say never) had our own sweet times together. So we went over at almost 2pm and had lunch at Noodle Station - which have moved to the 3rd floor near the cinema. I remember me and my brother used to 'date' at Noodle Station quite a few times before i got married.. heee. Although mr Hubby already said 'no midvalleys on weekends', this was considered a special case since my sister and brother in law are staying at a  nearby hotel.

I didnt bring fatima coz i knew it would be hard to handle both kids at the same time and plusss hasan would get over excited when he meets his sister-cousin Nuha. And even all this while i am not brave enough to bring fatima out coz Hasan ALWAYS wants to follow us. (Tak bagi chance pun kat mama and baba nak date) and the FACT that he finds it fun to run around malls/pasar malam (oh i SO hate it when he runs so fast and we have to do the marathon to get him - the faster we run, the faster he runs and makes that tongue face while saying 'tak dapat, tak dapat!'.)  --so that is the story why i cannot bring little daughter together unless i bring bibik too. Huuu..

After lunch, we headed to Bonita  coz my sis wanted to get a brooch but to my surprise they dont sell brooches. Anyways i was holding Nuha and Hasan's hands but at times they will get over excited and let go and jump and jump and laugh and laugh. When Hasan gets excited his feet just seem like they can't stay still or walk. He just chooses to RUN. It got a bit over the limit so i had to give him a little pinch coz the crowd was overwhelming for me to handle if he ran too far. So we stopped at one jigsaw puzzle shop and there he wanted this puzzle.  I thought to myself that this is better than having them not stay still and the thought that puzzles would do him good made me decide on the spot to buy it at RM27. Lucky it was not that expensive!

We headed back to the hotel and prayed Asar while i got quite excited to let them play the jigsaw. And somehow when i opened the packet i realized that they were probably too young to figure out how to play and they just threw the bits and pieces over the hotel bed. Oh NO! I immediately packed it again and just left it aside and they started to play Nuha's lego and Hello kitty house.;p

Today at home,  Hasan found the puzzle and insisted me to play with him. He already took them out so i was quite excited to do it together. I sort of started teaching him to get all the ones with flat edges (like he could totally understand) but then he just made a mess by spreading them here and there. So in the end it did get complete, bit i did it alone. So i guess 3 years old is probably tooo early for medium sized puzzles. It would be better if i bought one with larger pieces with only 1-3 objects in the picture. But i dont remember seeing those at the shop coz mostly displayed ones are smaller pieces than the one i bought. Nevermind..he wil get the hang of it sooon, in sha Allah.

**one piece is missing and it was at the hotel so my sister took it home =)

2nd Pregnancy and More

It's time to write again! After almost a YEAR, yes a year, I just felt like writing again on my blog since I have so much to share with mommies and everyone else out there who could benefit from my sharing :)

So, it was back in late last year that I got pregnant again. And this time it was seriously unexpected and unplanned. Of course, Allah's plans are the best among all. As human beings we definitely do a lot of planning but in the end, it is Allah's decree that makes things happen. I was a little worried at first and didn't want to tell my mom coz I knew she would be a little upset since I have my PhD still to concentrate on. Even with one toddler who is now 2 years and a half it got quite challenging to focus on studies. How could I do it with TWO? So when my parents knew about the pregnancy story, they didn't get so angry but they showed some sense of worry. They suggested that we have a maid so things could be a little organized here and there once the 2nd baby arrives. At first I disliked the idea of having a maid coz there would be less privacy in the family. But hubby insisted and consoled me to just listen to my parents - and so we applied for one.

Alhamdulillah, the pregnancy went on quite smooth. The thing that made me checked for pregnancy was my change in appetite - I was feeling hungry all the time. So I told my hubby that I wanted to buy a pregnancy strip. He told me to wait after a few weeks not having my period, but I was stubborn and still wanted to check only after 1 week. Mother's intuition is always right - the test was positive. But hubby still told me to wait and see if it is still positive after several more weeks. And yes, that was confirmed. Similar to my first pregnancy with Hasan, I didn't have much morning sickness or anything but i constantly felt the nausea. This time it was more of being tired and not having much energy to just do anything. I would sleep along with my son until he wakes up. (In my mind, "maybe it is a GIRL!)

The PINK BOOK - we  went to the KK in Sg Buloh at around 4 months just to register for the book and that was it. Seriously, I just couldn't sit there and wait for my turn when my little toddler keeps running around the clinic. So, that was the first and last visit to the KK -- and obviously my pink book was empty except for some comments made by my own doctorhubby. When we decided to plan my delivery in shah alam, then I started to do checkups with my gynae at Salam Specialist Hospital in Shah Alam, where I delivered Hasan in 2012.  I did the checkups with dearest Dr. Siti  as usual for only about 3 times since I registered only at almost 7 months pregnant :p

The reason we chose this hospital was because it was near to my house in Shah Alam. The choices included DEMC, UMRA and SALAM. The price range for normal delivery was cheapest at Salam (RM1999) so there the decision was made. And plus, my experience with Dr.Siti was very calming and convincing :) She always had positive thoughts and always encouraged for normal deliveries, unlike other doctors which i've heard and read about, who consistently pushed for C-sect deliveries although the patient is able to deliver normally. Unfortunately, this time my due date was 13.8.14 and by the time I was 36 weeks, Dr.Siti said i might delivery as early as 37 weeks seeing that my amniotic fluid was already a little low. She advised me to drink more water at night and during sahur since it was Ramadhan at that time just to see whether the reason for low amniotic fluid was not for other complicated reasons. The next time i had a checkup, alhamdulillah the level of amniotic fluid was back up. But she still said that she feels I will deliver earlier than my due date coz my first pregnancy was also around 10 days early. Again, unfortunately, she was away on Raya holiday when my contractions came, as she already told me that this year her leave was 4-5 days for Raya.

I did not expect the baby to come out as early as two weeks before the due date --but on 2nd raya, (29th July) I gave birth to my little princess, Fatima Husna :)

Will update more on the delivery experience later when I have time :D
thanks for reading and have a nice dayyy!

motivation and inspiration

Studying full time is not always an easy task especially when you already have a kid. The fact that i didn't see this coming also made things a little over the edge. Not that I didn't expect to get a baby once married, it's just that i never pictured how it would be with the studying and a 19-month old toddler climbing up here and there and always playful-as how toddlers are meant to be.
It was different when i still had classes to attend and left my toddler with my mom at home and didn't have to worry much. But since i completed the courses..it was supposed to be the thesis writing..well starting from the proposal of course.

But Alhamdulillah once i moved to sg Buloh, i had to worry less about my litle one because we live in an apartment and there are no stairs and no vases or glassware on the table etc.

The problem now is motivation and inspiration..being a full time student seems so easy to others since i've heard people say "you only need to study" and "ahh ..working environment is totally different" bla bla bla. I agree on the difference in nature of work...BUT being a student at home for me also means being a housewife. I dont get to study much (or at all) during the day as there are lots of work to do
From sweeping/mopping (i really hate seeing dust or any particles on the floor), cooking, bathing my baby, putting clothes on him, feeding him, then do laundry...and the list goes on. And if you've seen me put clothes on him, you'll know how he likes to run away hoping i'd chase him and play. Hasan ohh hasan...sometimes this is fun.......but sometimes it really gets on my nerves and i start shouting. And there comes the stresssss.  Not adding to the mess he makes when eating and keep climbing behind the tv like he is doing now..

I am not complaining. Just letting those people know that being a student when you  are also  a mom is NOT easy. You definitely have the time to stay at home but you never get the energy to stay awake in the middle of the night to read journals and articles and figuring out the method to use for your research. And that's why there is a NEED for motivation and inspiration.

And for me the only source is One--
Hope and continuously putting my hope in His hands and just reassure myself that i'll get over this sooner or later. And that hope has to be gathered with consistent praying and  trying no matter how difficult it may be. The inner self has to be strong in order to succeed. That inner self has to be at peace. And we can only get that feeling of tranquility from remembering Him.

Goat's Milk

Assalamualaikum,

As the title says, today's babble will be on goat's milk. Well i've been quite a fan of goat's milk because of the many benefits it offers and plus its the second best after mother's milk. But all this while i just depended on those powdered ones and although at the beginning i was quite consistent but with so many things to do, i got lazy enough to drink goat's milk using the powdered one since you need to pour warm water and etc etc. (actually it wasnt a lot of work but it was just me who got too lazy) and instead just drank cow's milk which can be stored in the fridge.
And all the while, i always asked my brother (because we are both fans of milk) WHY dont they have goat's milk in cartons like cow's milk?
Our answers: maybe goat's milk is too expensive or maybe it was not long lasting enough to be packaged that way.

So one day in April (i think) we went to Tesco Shah Alam. When we got to one of our favorite isles where the drinks are, guess what we found..?! GOAT's milk in small bottles of 200 ml :). And the best thing is that it only need to be refrigerated in the fridge instead of being frozen so it takes less time to drink it up .  In Tesco it cost RM 4.69 but i also found out that there are people who can deliver for you. The price is RM5 and you have to buy a minimum of 12 bottles and RM3 for delivery around Klang valley. They also have ones in 1 liter packages which cost RM23 and you have to buy 3 minimum. So if we become wayyyy tooo lazy to get our feets to Tesco, then i guess we could call up for delivery . Yeayy.

Bathrobes at Home's Harmony

Salaam..

Just to update with my previous one, if anyone is looking to buy a bathrobe and has a hard time finding one, there's quite a lot of color choices at Home's Harmony. We went to the one at Plaza Shah Alam or what we call Shah Alam mall and reaaaally felt bad coz we actually wanted to go there the day before going to Midvalley. Unfortunately it was already closed when we arrived. And today we went there again to look for comforters. We just asked if they had bathrobes and there they had them in dark blue, turquoise, cream, white, brown..etc. :(((

Oh by the way, happy birthday to my sister in law ;) hope you liked the bathrobe but sorry we couldnt get a nicer color than white ---only if we went to Home's Harmony
